1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. By creating an account or using SameWave, you accept these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your password confidential and activity performed through your account.
2. The service
SameWave provides profile discovery, interest-based recommendations, matching, conversations, video calls, virtual gifts, reporting and appeal tools.
Recommendations and activity indicators are informational and do not guarantee compatibility, availability, identity or future interaction.
3. User content and conduct
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant SameWave the permissions reasonably needed to display, process and moderate it as part of the service.
You may not impersonate others, harass users, exploit minors, post illegal or sexually exploitative material, distribute malware, advertise without permission, manipulate purchases or evade safety controls.
4. Safety and enforcement
You can block and report accounts. Reports may include relevant profile, conversation or call information needed to evaluate the concern.
SameWave may remove content, limit features, suspend access or close an account when necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or comply with law. Eligible decisions may be appealed through the app.
5. Coins and virtual gifts
Coins are consumable virtual items used only within SameWave. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money.
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, taxes, refunds and payment disputes are governed by the applicable store and these Terms.
6. Account deletion and termination
You may request account deletion and cancel during the seven-day cooling-off period. SameWave may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment, liability, dispute and enforcement provisions, remain effective.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Use good judgment when interacting or meeting. SameWave does not guarantee the identity, intentions, statements or conduct of another user.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties not expressly stated here, and liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to eliarlopmpes@icloud.com. Updated Terms will show a new effective date and may require renewed acceptance.
