1. Coin packages
SameWave offers consumable packages of 499, 999, 1,499, 1,999 and 2,999 Coins.
The price shown by Apple App Store or Google Play at checkout is the authoritative price and may include applicable taxes or regional adjustments.
2. Delivery and purchase status
Coins are credited only after the store reports a successful transaction. Pending, cancelled, failed or unsupported transactions do not issue Coins.
A transaction is credited once. If delivery is interrupted, the store may present the transaction again for completion.
3. Using Coins
Coins may be used for eligible virtual gifts and features shown in SameWave. A recipient does not receive money or a redeemable balance.
Coins cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for cash, property or services outside SameWave.
4. Refunds and account actions
Consumable purchases do not include an in-app restore option. Refunds, reversals and billing disputes are handled under the applicable store policy and law.
Fraud, chargeback abuse or manipulation of virtual items may result in balance correction, feature restriction or account action where permitted.
